Penny and her best buddy.

Penny is from Willow and Cody’s 2021 litter. She is such a sweet girl and has impressed us with her talents and devotion to her family.

Just thought you would want to know that last night ‘Penny’ did something she’s never done before. She alerted us to our son struggling to breathe in his bedroom. She was laying out in the living room with us and my son has had some nasal congestion which always makes it hard for him to sleep with it draining down his throat. Sometimes he’ll wake up kind of choking on it. He did that last night and all of a sudden, Penny gets up and runs to his room and then comes running back to us whining and indicating we need to follow her. I saw her go to my son’s room so I knew what she was trying to tell us, that he needed our help. Because of her we were able to get to my son quickly. She was very clearly indicating something was wrong with my son. After that she kept a close eye on his bedroom in case he needed us again.
We were so proud of her and gave her a special treat. I thought you’d appreciate hearing about her little Lassie moment.

Jeffyn Peterson - “In June of 2018, we were fortunate to discover Willow’s litter of Scotch Collie puppies. That discovery began an adventure that had a wonderful beginning with the Davis family and that continues to be a positive and enriching experience every day.

We adopted Timber, now Axel, puppy number one. I credit Becky Davis and her outstanding family team with our unqualified success in assimilating Axel into our family. From the very beginning, Becky was sensitive to our particular circumstances, especially the need to have our new fellow “fit” with our older female dog, Violet, who is known to be somewhat unsocial. Becky listened carefully to our concerns and requirements. Most remarkable, however, is Becky’s ability to assess her puppy’s personalities and attributes. She was able to recommend a puppy from her litter who is a perfect companion in every way to Violet, a feat that required a great deal of thought and a thorough knowledge of every male puppy in the litter.….” READ MORE

Finley 7 months holiday.jpg

Hi Becky,

Finley is now almost six months old and I wanted to let you know how thankful we are to have him.  From the very beginning of the puppy process to the time we picked Finley up at 10 weeks old you were the epitome of a caring, communicative caretaker!  You nurtured the puppies so lovingly and  gave them the very best start in life possible. We are so grateful to you and your family!

When my husband and I picked Finley up, we picked up a puppy who had been loved dearly and extremely well cared for.  It was a bonus that he was also housebroken!  When Finley goes out and about, he is always the object of admiration of others because he is such a beautiful, friendly dog.  I will add intelligent and loyal to his attributes too.  There are many times that my husband and I express our delight in how well-behaved he is.  In many ways, he has the maturity of a much older dog.  So, Becky (and family) please accept our sincere gratitude for providing us with such a joy in our lives.

Thank you!

Mary Beth and Pat

Finch

Finch

K.M. You should definitely feel proud of these puppies. People comment on how smart, self-possessed and calm Finch is. And I know so much of that comes from the good start you gave him. - We think he’s the most handsome, classic and all-American dog ever.
